Dagnabbit Microsoft!

Most in the gaming community may be aware of Microsofts cracking down on nodded xbox systems because of the influx in pirated software.
Woefully, thanks to this I lost my gamertag to some form of corruption while using a friends nodded xbox while mine was being repaired.
Of course the geniuses at xbox tech support were absolutely useless. If you can't help me, fine. Let me know. Don't jerk me around and give me the same spiel about customer service guarantees and terms of usage when I just want help getting gamertag info back.
